Meet the Choir members

 Dennis Sear

One of our many long serving members, Dennis has been with the choir over 20 years and is one of our leading tenors. He has sung in school and church choirs and more recently with Overstone Singers and Musical Memories. Although he does not count himself as an instrumentalist he owns and can play 3 ocarinas and the harmonica.

He enjoys the camaraderie of the choir as well as raising funds for good causes. Dennis is known for his penchant of wearing bow ties of many colours.

He says his greatest music experience was winning a school choir competition in 1947
